Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:
    Full refund with 30 days notice, prior to arrival date
    Partial 50% refund with 10-29 days notice, prior to arrival date
    Partial 30% refund below 10 days notice, prior to arrival date

Damage Deposit returned within 30 days of departure date, under condition that the house
is left clean, tidy and no damage has been done.

Details

   1. Maximum of 6 persons in the home, including children.
   2. Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
   3. Shoes removed when inside house.
   4. Upon leaving all beds stripped of linens, dishes washed and returned to proper cupboards, house swept, and all garbage removed.
   5. No pitfires anywhere on property.

We feel privileged to be able to share our home with you, and make every effort to provide a clean and comfortable space while you visit Tofino. We ask that you would treat our home with respect and courtesy while staying there.
